For over 20 years Toni Baloney has been delighting children with her "Dance Party". Every child is made to feel welcome because Toni shows up without makeup and then applies it in front of the children. This alleviates the fears some children have of clowns. Toni is famous for her library parties and will come to your house to sing tunes and make balloons for your little ones. Toni Baloney has performed for "Kids Night Out", a fundraising event for the American Cancer Society and for the Glassboro, Mullica Hill and Swedesboro Libraries.
